How to screw in 2 easy steps-CITI

First issue a credit card to unsuspecting Poor Victim (PV to all)
PV does not receive card, informs Citib^^k
Company sends another card ( PV screwed but she does not know that)
Older card not cancelled, still exists for *&*&%%ing Citib^^k. (PV going to get screwed here)
Two CC bill payments, PV knows of only one, pays that one (Note, PV screwed again)
Autodebit from a/c for the older unused so called "cancelled" card. (note PV still being screwed.)
Final turn of the screw..auto debit leads to overdraft in A/c..now the PV is really screwed.

Result: Citi f^^king b^^k gets payment twice, PV screwed royally twice.
